OneCampus Academy.

OneCampus operates a Cohort-based learning system for the Global Access Tech Inclusion Programs (GATIP). Applications for admission into the program cohorts open in four cycles.

• Spring Admissions – Classes start January and May
• Summer Admissions – Classes start July 
• Fall Admissions – Classes start September
• Winter Admissions – Classes start December
•  

Open Applications

Admissions is currently open for Spring 2025. Apply now to join cohort 27.

Available programs for Spring 2025 intake:

1. Data Analytics Professional Program
2. Data Science Professional Program
3. Machine Learning Professional Program (Offered as part of the Data Science Program)
4. Data Wrangling Program

The application closing date for Spring 2025 admissions is June 3, 2025.

There will be no admissions for Summer 2025.

Available programs for Fall 2025 intake:

All programs are available for Fall 2025. Students may apply at any time before the application’s closing  date for Fall 2025 admissions

Applications for Fall 20205 will open on July 1, 2025. The application closing date for Fall 2025 admissions is September 18, 2025.

Application Deadlines

Applications into any cohort open two months before the cohort start date. If you plan to apply for any of the OneCampus programs, please submit your application before the indicated application closing date.

How To Apply- Application Steps

Follow the steps in the sequence listed below to apply 

• STEP 1: Go to https://learn.onecampusacademy.com/all-courses/
• STEP 2: Select a course that is available for enrollment for the current session and click on the APPLY FOR COURSE button on the Course page. This action reserves a seat in the program for you.
• STEP 3: If you are not registered on the OneCampus learning portal, you may be redirected to create an account BEFORE you can complete this step (Step 2).
• STEP 4: To complete your account creation, open your email account(the one you used to create your account) and click on the account validation link.
• STEP 5:  Log in with your new account. Your Student Learning Center portal will be opened (see example image above)
• STEP 6: Click on the Courses tab and select the  All Courses link to display all the courses available on OneCampus.
• STEP 7: Find the course you are interested in and click on the APPLY FOR COURSE button
• STEP 8: On the Course Details page that opens, click on the Announcements & News tab. Follow the link in the tab content to complete and submit your Cohort Enrollment Application
• Step 9: Once your Program Seat Reservation and Cohort Enrollment Application are received, your application will be moved into the processing queue.
• STEP 10: If your application is approved, you will receive a notification on your portal as well as an email
• STEP 11: Pay the Cohort Enrollment Processing Fee of $50 to join your Cohort
